Step up to triple layered low e glass
West Coast Windows uses Cardinal's LoE3 glass, which adds a third coating for the ultimate in performance and clarity – it reduces window heat gain by 64% compared to ordinary glass. LoE3 also provides exceptional fading protection, blocking out 95% of damaging UV rays.

Keeping up with current changes
Strata's have recently changed their requirements. In the past, townhouse and condominium owners were required to use the originally-installed aluminium product in Rideau Brown when they replaced or upgraded their windows. At West Coast Windows, we have responded to these changes and are proud to offer our windows and doors in the Rideau Brown colour.
With the increased demand for Rideau Brown vinyl windows, we have increased our stock and through this initial transitional period, we will gladly supply this custom colour window without additional set-up charges.
Our lifetime warranty provides peace of mind and solid protection
West Coast Windows is pleased to offer our customers a lifetime warranty that will ensure that their investment is maximally protected. This new warranty applies to all our window and door purchases since March 1/07 and is extended to the original owner of a single or multi-family home. If the original owner sells the home, the warranty can be transferred to a subsequent owner.
